ArticlesHurley Event updateDespite the weir dropping to 1 gate today, the lock keeper is confident that he will be able to give us 2 gates on Saturday (only for the duration of the competition - if there is no rain between now and then).The event will therefore go ahead. The gate(s) will need to be decided after the gates have been set. Order of the day: 9.00 registration at the SAS pump hut access from the SAS side ONLY (see tvfreestylers for details of how to get there). 9.45 briefing 10.00 Junior ladies/OC1 Followed by: Junior Men C1 Senior Ladies Senior Men Squirt Times will depend on number of entrants. There will be a lunch break timetabled during the day. Please note access to the weir will be from the SAS side (see above) - access gates to the weir will be shut from the Hurley car park side. Parking in the SAS car park (no vehicle access to the river bank) Cost: £15, (includes entry to Hurley Classic event on Sunday).
