General Information - SelectionSelections - final detailsThe GB team selection event WILL be going ahead on Saturday 14th March at Hurley weir on either a 3-gate or a 2-gate level. The weir is currently on a low 3 gates but the levels are dropping slowly and there is a chance that it will be on 2 gates by Saturday. At either level it is the 'wave-gate' ONLY that will be used (i.e the middle gate if it is on 3-gates, or the gate near the wall if it is on 2-gates).The provisional running order is: Registration: 8.00am - 8.30am Briefing: 9.00am Squirt: 9.30am (approx 1 hr) Junior Ladies/OC1 (approx 1/2 hr) Ladies (approx 1/2 hr) C1 (approx 1/2 hr) Junior men (approx 1 - 1 1/2 hr) Men (approx 1 - 1 1/2 hr) A better idea of times will be known following the morning registration - but please be aware that heat timings may change over the course of the day and you need to be aware of whether the heats are running quicker than initially predicted in case your heat is on earlier. ALL PARTICPANTS MUST HAVE COMPREHENSIVE BCU MEMBERSHIP- IF YOU ARE ENTERING ON THE DAY YOU MUST BRING YOUR BCU CARD WITH YOU, OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER. Fiona Jarvie |
